Ralph has been married to his wife Kimberly since 1991. They have four adult daughters: Kendra, Jacqueline, Angelica, and Rachel. They relocated to Las Vegas from St. Louis, MO in 2008. Ralph enjoys reading, pickleball and swimming.
Over the past 30 years Ralph has served in various leadership ministries. He retired from the Local Plumbers and Pipefitters Union in 2020 to devote is time to fulltime ministry.
In 2019, Ralph and Kim began attending Grace Valley Christian Reformed Church, where Ralph was ordained as an Elder and served as Council Chair. Since joining Grace Valley, Ralph completed Commission Pastor Training through Classis California South of the Christian Reformed Church in 2022. Ralph also served as the Youth Pastor of Las Vegas Vision Korean Church for two years and became Lead Pastor for Grace Valley in 2023.
Ralph is currently attending Calvin Theological Seminary of Grand Rapids, Michigan, pursuing a Master of Divinity degree through the hybrid distance learning program.
He is passionate about preaching God’s word. He desires people to not only know Jesus as their personal Savior but also to grow in grace and understanding, knowing that complete satisfaction is found in Christ alone.
